What Are the 17 Seconds and 68 Seconds?
GAMBO is based on Abraham’s **17-second / 68-second method**.
– **17 seconds** — The point at which your vibration is said to begin aligning with your desire
– **68 seconds** — The point at which manifestation momentum is said to begin in earnest (= 17 seconds × 4)
Starting with 17 seconds is perfectly fine. What matters most is showing up every day.

① Enter Your Desire
Enter one thing you want to manifest.
Examples:
– I am doing work I love
– I have financial abundance
– My relationships are thriving

② Choose an Image and BGM
Select an image and background music that help you vividly imagine your desire already fulfilled.
Choose based on what **lifts your mood** — not what seems “correct”
③ Start the Timer
– **17 seconds** — The standard session
– **68 seconds** — For when you want to go deeper
④ Feel It as Already Real
While the timer runs, focus entirely on **how it feels** to already be living your fulfilled desire.
> Don’t think — **feel**. This is the most important part.
Tips for the 68-Second Work
The 68-second session is simply four 17-second blocks connected together.
Try expanding your vision gradually with each block:
1. Simply feel your desire as already fulfilled
2. Add the people and environment around you
3. Feel the changes in your daily life and finances
4. Settle into the feeling that this is just your normal life now
Don’t Worry If This Happens
– You can’t visualize clearly
– Your mind wanders
– You don’t feel much emotion
All of this is completely normal. The key is **repeating the practice daily, even briefly**.
